Spiritual Direction is the work of helping another recognize God’s ongoing personal communication,
to respond to that divine activity, and to tell this everyday sacred story.

The structure of love in practice, Spiritual Direction is an interpersonal relationship in which we learn how to grow, live, and love in the spiritual life. This relationship involves three persons: the Directee, the Director, and the Triune God.
